2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms with you. These Terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
3. Permitted use
You may access and use the website for personal, lawful purposes, including learning about Karga Games and its games, obtaining press materials as permitted, contacting us, and subscribing to studio communications.
You must not:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt unauthorized access to an account, server, database, or non-public area;
- introduce malicious code, overload the website, or evade access controls or rate limits;

Any trademark, game, platform, or company name belonging to another party remains the property of that party. References do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
6. Press materials
Materials specifically identified as a press kit may be reproduced by journalists, reviewers, content creators, platform operators, and event organizers for editorial coverage, reviews, listings, and promotion of the relevant Karga Games title. They must not be sold separately, used to misrepresent Karga Games, or used in unlawful or misleading content.
7. Newsletter
Newsletter enrollment is voluntary and uses confirmation and unsubscribe controls. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or the website unsubscribe page. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Newsletter data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
8. Feedback and communications
You retain ownership of material you send us. You grant Karga Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, store, reproduce, and review support requests, bug reports, attachments, or other communications as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate, protect rights, and improve our services. 12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can attempt an informal resolution. The competent courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye have jurisdiction, except that consumers may use any court or consumer forum available under mandatory law in their place of residence. This choice of law does not remove mandatory protections provided by the law of a consumer's habitual residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms prospectively when the website, our services, or applicable law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where legally required. A change does not retroactively remove accrued rights.
15. General
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
